No I'm not pregnant. LOL
I know everyone thought that once they saw the headline. I'm not ready actually to have another baby. Life is hectic right now and I'm waiting for Alexia to be in school.
No, we're getting a new family member though in October.
My hubby put a deposit on his dream dog this past week: A Cane Corso
Check out this site: Stonecroft's Dogs
These are the breeders that we'll be getting the dog from.
My husband is beyond ecstatic about it, but me, I'll get used to it once the dog is trained.
The dog will be our little Protector. We won't need a alarm system in the house, the dog will be the alarm system. The dog will also be very protective over Alexia. Cane Corso's love kids.
So we'll keep everyone updated on the status of our puppy and I'll definitely be taking pictures of him once we get him. Puppies will probably be born around August and we'll be waiting for 8 weeks afterwards so that's why we're getting our puppy in October.

To the Man I admired since I was a kid
At the age of 4 I was dancing to his music. My Dad would crank up his music on his Stereo out in the living room or I would jam out to his music in the bedroom and have my parents yell and scream at me to turn it down. Thriller, Billie Jean, Bad, Beat it, Earth Song, and so much more.
Michael Jackson...the one man who I adored when I was a kid and still as an adult I admired him. I didn't care about the rumors that spread about him. He was the man who I would listen to whenever I was in the mood to dance. I loved every song he brought out. Now here it is one of the saddest days ever.
My hubby comes home from work and tells me the King of Pop has passed away at the age of 50.
Why? :(
He was about to do a World Tour. He had his Thriller becoming a Musical.
It was always a dream of mine to see him in concert. A dream now that will never come true.
I will always remember him from the days when I was 4 years old dancing in the living room and shying away once I realized my Dad was video taping me. My Dad who always tried to capture the most embarrassing moments of my life, but now I see it as the most memorable. I will always remember those days. I will always remember how Michael Jackson changed the world with his music.
Rest in peace, Michael Jackson. You will be dearly missed and you will never be forgotten.
Much Love from one of your Biggest Fans Ever,
FranJessca
Update on READING
Okay, the last series I was reading was the Vampire Academy Series. Let's just say I finished those awhile ago now. I have to wait until August to pick up the 4th book to the series. I already have it set in my wish list that way I will remember to get it. Why is it I'm reading series that I have to wait to find out what's next? I'm getting frustrated with all the series I've read and now I have to sit and wait. Ahhh!!
Here's the list of books I'm waiting on now:
House of Night Series: Tempted (the 6th book) comes out October of this year
Vampire Diaries: Has two other books which I still have no idea when will be released. :( The tv series comes out this fall and I'm hoping the series goes by the books, if not I'll probably not watch.
Vampire Academy Series: Blood Promise...the 4th book which comes out August of this year.
Vampire Kisses Series: I have 3 other books to get from there, but right now I'm going to wait because one of the book is due out this September.
Night World Series: Same author that wrote Vampire Diaries. Supposedly the 4th book comes out next April...that's a long wait. I really hope the date doesn't change on the release on this book since I really liked the stores of this series.
Since the Vampire Academy Series, I've read the Vampire Kisses Series and Night World Series.
I really enjoyed the Night World Series more since it was 3 volumes and had a total of 9 stories. Now I'm just waiting on the last installment which isn't coming out until next year. :(
So what's the count now: I've read 18 books since the beginning of May. Ummm...just a little obsessed a bit.
I probably won't have time to read from 26th of June to 6th of July since family will be in town, but we'll see. I'll have to sneak a few chapters in every night before I go to bed. ;)
What's up next well it's a tie between the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series or the Lords of Underworld Series. I can't really make up my mind which one though.
I also have several other books I need to read.
Just 32 more books to read to reach my goal of 50...which I'm still striving for more. :)

Let me just update a bit...
I think I'm literally addicted. Once I start reading a book.....I'm entranced. I can no longer comprehend that I'm reading a book, but I actually feel like I'm the main character. If that makes sense. I get so into the book I'm reading, I forget my surroundings around me. My poor hubby and daughter calling my name, trying to get my attention, but I'm too into the book.
14 down and just 36 more to go for my goal that I've set. I want to read 50 books before 2010, which actually I'm trying to read more than that, while also studying for my tests on EHF and also working on my Photography Business. Next week though, I don't think I'll have time for reading, so I have to make up for it now. I have family arriving on the 26th to the 6th of July. My focus will be on them and also finishing up this darn school which is giving me a headache now. My last module is NKO based...which everything is online and even the Radio Room is Virtual. Yeah, I'm annoyed because I can't really learn from reading off a computer screen and not actually seeing and touching the equipment in person. What made the Navy think this would help us learn? Ha...really, I think someone needs to say something. Actually the Navy is rethinking their strategies because I just happened to read in the Navy times the other week, that maybe that is why most of the sailors aren't comprehending their job. I remember learning from books and instructors talking about the equipment since they had worked with the equipment for 20 years. Here I am a Computer Geek for life. Give me a broken computer that won't boot, has a blue screen of death, someone trying to hack the network, a person breaking rules by looking at porn sites and doesn't know I can see every site they've been to and can even take over there computer from a different location or even a full blown virus on it which won't even go away and I'm in HEAVEN. Did I mention I'm a computer geek? LOL Well, I'm finally learning that other side of my rate....The Tech Control side...Ugh...how I dreaded it. I'm not interested about frequencies, baud rates, communication equipment or even how radio is on a ship since I will not step foot on a ship again. This is it...I'm done after this last two years. Reenlisting is not an option for me and I'm tired of having Khakis and familly members try to persuade me to stay it. Even if they try to throw another bonus at me...I'm not doing it. I will have 10 years in when I eventually get out. Yeah, I know half way there...but really ITs do so much better in the civilian sector. 6 figures sounds so much better than 5 figures. Plus, my hubby is even going to get a degree in it..so that means another 6 figures. Life is looking great! ;) Plus, on top of that Photography. Computers & Photography: Two Passions of mine...something that no one can take away from me. I've already been offered "IT" jobs out in the civilian sector. That is why my husband is reverting to the "IT" field since he knows how demanding the "IT" field is.
On to other things...Alexia, our beautiful Princess who has turned into a Natural Model. I think she has watched too many episodes of America's Next Top Model with me because she's starting to pose like the models on there. Watch out Tyra Banks, you already have your future America's Next Top Model and she lives under my household and is 39 inches tall. I'll have to post pictures to show what I mean about the Natural modeling.
She turns 4 in less than a month...but I'm starting to think she's turning 15 because she definitely has come to the stage where she thinks she's older than she really is. How I would gladly go back to the terrible twos. Now I know what my Mom went through. It's making me re-think if I want to try for a 2nd child. I told my husband if our 2nd child is a "girl" I will be getting my tubes tied afterwards. If we have a "boy" though, I'll gladly have a 3rd child. As of right now, I'm starting to think I may end up being blessed with another girl.
When we do decide to try to conceive I'm going to just wait and see. I probably won't even find out the sex of our next child. I want it to be a surprise. I'm not kidding though, if I have another girl, tubes will be tied and I'll feel terrible for my hubby because than he'll be dealing with 2 girls who are exactly like me, not just one. LOL
Well, it's off to bed for me since I have school in the morning. I will try to update as much as I can and I'll definitely be posting pictures of my Beautiful little model.
Hope everyone has a GREAT rest of the week. I'm so looking forward to the weekend getting here. :)

Introducing Delilah Anne.
Alright, she kind of looks mean, but really she isn't. She is the sweetest cat you will ever meet. She's really big and looks scary at first. This photo was taken with the Nikkor 70-200mm AF-S lens which I caught her off guard. I guess I disturbed her from her beauty sleep. She loves laying on my stomach when I'm trying to edit photos on my laptop. She was given to me by my bestfriend who could no longer take care of her. I took her in when I still had my Classic Tabby Cat, Caramel Swirl. They never got along. The first night, I heard her growl I couldn't stop laughing. She sounded like a pig with the growl she was doing. It was too funny and way too cute. After I had to get rid of my Caramel Swirl, I knew she didn't mind not being the only cat. She's the only cat that will let my almost 4 year old pick her up and do anything to her. Delilah doesn't scratch and doesn't bite. She'll paw you instead if she is made. She never wants to harm. I decided last month, I felt lonely without another cat and that is when I got Midnight Tigris, who is another friendly cat. Delilah took awhile to warm up to her, but after awhile, now they are best buds. They'll play with each other and won't hiss at each other like Caramel and Delilah used to do on a regular basis. I guess my Caramel Swirl didn't like other cats and didn't like sharing his Mommy.
I'm glad I decided to keep Delilah, she has been a GREAT cat. She doesn't even mind traveling in the truck. She laid in my lap while I was driving.
Look forward to even more photos of Delilah real soon. She tends to be my model for photos whenever I try out new lenses. Plus, I'm going to have to snap a few photos on her reaction to our new addition to the family in a couple of weeks. "Lady" a beautiful Papillon puppy.
Hopefully, they'll get along.

Midnight Tigris
I thought I introduce my 2nd cat..."Midnight Tigris". I got her a few weekends ago. Isn't she adorable? I now own two black cats. Yeah...I'm not superstitious am I. LOL I love black cats. Delilah Anne is my other cat. I got her from my bestfriend who couldn't have her anymore. I'll post a picture of her later on.
I just wanted to introduce my new kitty. Her name was Midnight when we got her and I just added Tigris since she has black stripes to her fur, which is only visible in the light.

I've turned into a Book Worm...
I have read about 8 books in the last month and I'm working another one. What is wrong with me? LOL After I finish one book, I move on to my next one. Right now I've been working delinquently on Teen Vampire Series novels. I had some friends of mine that suggested books to me and once they suggest, I have to read. Well so far I've read the The House of Night Series
written by P.C. Cast & Kristin Cast. The Series is being turned into a movie which is supposed to come out in 2011. I can't wait to see who they use to play the characters. It took me just a week to finish all 5 books. The 6th one is coming out in October, which for me...that's a long time....since I really want to know what goes on next. I have to say these series is just as good as the Twilight Saga. I couldn't put the books down for anything. My poor husband and daughter felt neglected for a week.
The next Series I just finished reading was Vampire Diaries written by L.J. Smith. The first 4 books were written back in the early 90s and the 5th installment was brought out this year since CW has made a TV series out of the series which will be out this Fall. I can't wait. Again, I have to wait until the next book comes out which I have no idea when it will. L.J. Smith...please I need to know when you'll bring out the next one. The suspense is killing me.
My next series I'm reading is the Vampire Academy ....which so far has 3 books I need to read. The 4th one is due out this August. One of my Mommy friends suggested this series to me and so far so good. Thanks Sheena!
I read the Twilight Saga last November before the movie came out and that is the main reason why I have stuck with the Vampire books for now.
I do have some Nora Roberts, Dan Brown and my all-time favorite author, Anne Rice books to read...after I'm done with the Vampire phase of books. I have to read another series of books from L.J. Smith and then another author which I can't remember right now.
I love reading. Reading puts me into another world and once I'm in that world...I can't get out until I finish reading.
Reading is one reason why my Photography is on the back burner right now. I am some enthralled in the books I forget about anything else.
That will change though this month and next month since I have several portraits sessions to do.
I'll keep everyone updated the next books I finish.

Alexia's Birthday Next Month
Just wanted to let everyone know a head of time...that I have created Two Birthday Lists for Alexia. Her birthday party will be on July 18th this year since her birthday falls on a Monday.
The birthday wish lists are under: Toys R Us and Target. Their Private so you will need a website.
Feel free to email me at franjessca_papillion@yahoo.com for the password.
Target is for clothes and Toys R Us for toys.
I will be sending out birthday invitations the end of this month so look for them in the mail or on the web...since I also send out web based ones.
Can't believe my baby girl will be 4 next month. :( I can't stand the fact she's growing up so fast, but it seems to me she is in a hurry to be as big as me. (because she tells me everyday). I have remind her to enjoy her childhood and not even think about adulthood.
How can you explain to a almost 4 year old the responsibilities you have as a adult? I would go back in time if I could to be a kid again. Alexia has so much fun everyday being a kid, I know she's enjoying being a kid.
