Book 76 "The Awakening" by Kelley Armstrong

I've had this book for awhile, but finally got a chance to read it. =)
"The Awakening" by Kelley Armstrong. It's from her Darkest Powers Series. It's about 4 teenagers running from the Edison Group. All 4 of the teens have supernatural powers. Chloe Saunders is a necromancer, Simon is a Sorcerer, Derek is a werewolf and Tori is a Witch.
I won't go much into detail because I'll give too much away. Chloe is the main character. She's the one we're following in the book. The first book "The Summoning" is when she discovered something was special with her. In this book, she's trying to learn more about her powers.
The next book to the series comes out next year. The teens are still running from the bad guys and hopefully the next book it will go more into detail about Derek's and Simon's father.
Well it's back to work for me tomorrow, so this most likely will be my last book for this year.
I read 76 books since May of this year. I wonder how many books I'll be able to read next year. My goal is to read 100 by May of 2010 and I think I can do it. =) I think I'm just going to keep counting and not have a goal set from now on.
Night everyone!

Book 75 "Micah" by Laurell K. Hamilton

245 pages is nothing to me =) Especially when I have time to spare and I'm a very fast reader.
I finished reading "Micah" by Laurell K. Hamilton, just a few minutes ago. It was a small book compared to the last book "Incubus Dreams". This book was mostly about just Anita and Micah. I finally learned more about, Micah. Anita also finally had some alone time with just her and Micah.
Now I'm going to wait until the next book comes in the mail: "Danse Macabre". I can't wait to read that one.
Sorry for the short blog, but I'm off to spend the rest of my remaining freedom with my Family. It's back to work tomorrow briefly, to check off of leave and listen to some training lectures.
Night everyone!
XOXO,
FranJessca

Book 74 "Incubus Dreams" by Laurell K. Hamilton

I promised last night I would blog about my 74th book "Incubus Dreams". What a Yummy book! When I say Yummy, I mean the details of the scenes that Anita went through with some of her guys. =) Laurell K. Hamilton knows how to write love scenes. This book happened to have 82 chapters to it and about 600 pages. It is the biggest of the series so far. I started reading it last weekend. I was busy this past week, so I had to read a few chapters at a time whenever I got free time. I finally devoted yesterday to finishing the book.
I'm more in love with the character, Nathaniel now. It's about time Anita recognized him more than merely a friend. He is such a sweet and loving guy to her. Also, it seems that Richard finally and stated the obvious that he was jealous whenever Anita was with another man and he wanted to be with her again and have her as his Lupa to his pack. Although, he let her know he would be seeing other women since she is seeing other men. I still don't like Richard and wish he would just stay out of Anita's life. Anita also had to patch up her friendship with her bestfriend Ronnie Sims in this book, while also dealing with a serial killer or killers who are murdering strippers in St. Louis.
Anita's job is never done it seems. The poor girl is always having to deal with 10 problems at the same time.
I'm curious on what the next book, "Micah", will be about. It's the shortest book so far that I've seen in the series.
Oh and I was beyond excited when the author put a sneak peek to the next novel to the series, "Flirt" on her website. Yes!!!! Although, I don't plan on reading the sneak peek until after I'm done reading the last book, "Skin Trade". "Flirt" gets releases in February. I cannnot wait!!
Well, it's my last day of vacation and I'm going to spend it with my Princess. Although, I still technically get two more days off since my section doesn't go back to work until the 30th. =) I love it!
XOXO,

Oh Yummy!

I just finished my 74th book, "Incubus Dreams" by Laurell K. Hamilton and what a Yummy book this turned out to be. I'll blog a entry about it tomorrow once I get a chance, but for now I'm heading to bed. Night everyone! Just one more day of vacation for me and it's back to a rotating work schedule. Ugh! Just 18 more months of the Navy. :)

Merry Christmas

Photobucket

Just wanted to wish everyone a "Merry Christmas". I won't be on much tomorrow since I will be busy watching my daughter's reaction in the morning when she opens all her Christmas Presents from Santa and also helping the Hubby cook in the kitchen. =)

Hope everyone has an Amazing Christmas tomorrow.

Much Love,

My Bedroom Looks like a Library. =)

I finally put together my bookcase I bought the beginning of this month and may I say, I need another bookcase. =) I have too many books for one bookcase, I guess. I'm glad I have my Amazon Kindle now though...but it seems I'm still managing to buy books. I have to complete the series I already have books for, which Hubby doesn't understand. I'm glad I finally put the bookcase together though. I had books everywhere in the house and nowhere to put them. Now their organized on the Bookcase by the author. =) Of course my Top shelf is filled with the Twilight Series, Vampire Academy Series and House of Night Series. My favorite series that I read first. =)
Looks like I'll be sneaking off to buy another bookcase though because I still have books that aren't in order and are just in my Barnes and Noble reusable bag.
I'll try to take a picture of the bookcase once I get a chance. Life has been hectic for me and now being on Vacation it's even more hectic. =)
My room though does look like a Library and it will look even more like a Library once I get another Bookcase. Poor Hubby will be overrun with books in the bedroom.
If you need to check out a book, guess you can check with me first and see if I have it. =)
I'm FranJessca, the Librarian. =)

Book 73 "Savor Me Slowly" by Gena Showalter

I began reading "Savor Me Slowly" at work. Whenever there's nothing to do, I tend to read one of my books at work. I ended up finishing it this morning after having 13 hours of sleep. =) Yes, 13 hours of sleep. I was up for 24 hours yesterday. I'm now officially on "Vacation" until the morning of the 28th. I needed a break from work for a bit. 12 hour shifts tends to bother this 26 year old a little more than it did 3 years ago when I was working 12 hour shifts underway.
"Savor Me Slowly" is actually the 3rd book to the Alien Huntress Series. "Redhanded" and "Blacklisted" were more for teens, but I didn't want to not read those books too.
"Savor Me Slowly" is about Mishka Le'Ace, who is half-human, half-machine. She was made 50 something years ago to be a Killer and Seducer by her creators. The book is also about Jaxon Tremaine who she is sent to rescue from Aliens that abducted him. Jaxon is a A.I.R. agent. He is keeping a secret about another alien species and trying to find out more about them. Jaxon ends up falling in love with Mishka Le'Ace and so does she. They are thrown into several obstacles together. One of them being Jaxon's friends not trusting Le'Ace since Mia Snow ends up showing up in this book too and doesn't like Le'Ace, since she knew her when she was training to be a agent in camp and Le'Ace was one of her instructors.
The book tended to be dry at first to me, but by the last chapters, I couldn't put it down. =) Mia Snow is still my favorite character from the series so far.
I'm waiting for the 4th book to come in from Half.com. I didn't order it on my Kindle because I wanted to finished getting the books to the series for my soon to be "Bookcase" which I have to put together while I'm on leave. I have so many books that their taking over my house just a bit.
Well, I'm off to read some of my other book I've been reading "Incubus Dreams" from the Anita Blake Series by Laurell K. Hamilton and let my Hubby sleep since he let me sleep for so long. I love my Hubby so much. He takes care of me after a long day at work. =)

Book 72 "Cerulean Sins" by Laurell K. Hamilton

Finished reading "Cerulean Sins" by Laurell K. Hamilton tonight at work. =)
Wow!!! I cannot believe what Anita did in this book. I definitely wouldn't of done it. I do love Asher though, and I wouldn't want him leaving or getting stuck with a Vampire "Beotch" again. LOL
I wanted to go into the book again and slap Richard. He is such a "Jerk" to Anita. He doesn't like being a werewolf...well, he has to get over it already. He doesn't act like also what Anita is doing, but he broke up with her, so why does he care. Geez...he's a pain in the butt in this book, just like he was in the last book.
Oh and let me say...that thank goodness...Jason took one for the team this time. I have to say that was the best part of the book. =)
I won't go into anymore detail of this book. I'm going to start reading the next book tonight since I have to stay up all night and sleep all day tomorrow. I have to be at work at 6pm tomorrow. Then on Monday morning I'm on leave for 7 days. Looking forward to being home for Christmas.
Well, night everyone...I'm off to spend some time with my family, watch my shows I missed the past few days and then later on read some of my new book "Incubus Dreams" by Laurell K. Hamilton (12th book to the Anita Blake Series)
XOXO,
FranJessca

Book 71 "Redhanded" by Gena Showalter

I accidentally read out of order in the "Alien Huntress Series". Oops...my bad! =)
I ended up reading "Redhanded" today and just realized once I was reading it that I should've read it before "Blacklisted". Oh well, I didn't know. I read the back of "Blacklisted" and thought it was more interesting. "Redhanded" proved to be just as good though.
It's about Phoenix and Ryan Stone. =) Phoenix is a "former Onadyn addict" and she is trying to prove to her Mom that she's not using anymore, but her Mom doesn't trust her. Phoenix gets sent to a Reform Camp. Well, she thought was a Reform Camp, but turns out to be the A.I.R. Training Camp. She has been chosen to train due to her skills to showed out when she was hanging out with her friends. She ends up meeting Ryan Stone and falls in love with him at first sight and vice versa. Ryan tries to hide his feelings for her, but can't. When Phoenix is in A.I.R. Camp, she comes to find out Ryan is a Agent for the A.I.R. and is one of her Instructors. She knows it's forbidden to be with an Instructor and so does Ryan.
I could go on and on, but I don't want to ruin the book for anyone who hasn't read it. Erik Trinity aka Erik Troy from "Blacklisted" is in "Redhanded". It's when he got chose to be a Agent too. That's how I eventually found out I read the book out of order.
I'm going to be reading "Cerulean Sins" again since I took a two day break from the Anita Blake Series. Well, actually I didn't. I was reading the book too while reading the Alien Huntress Series.
What can I say I'm a book addict. I love reading. =)
Well it's off to bed for me since I have work in the morning.
Just 4 more days until I'm on vacation. I can't wait to have a week break from work and I can spend Christmas with my Family. I'm also going to head up to Maryland to see my family there. I've missed them. Night everyone!
XOXO,
FranJessca

Book 70 "Blacklisted" by Gena Showalter

When I said I was going to take a break from the Anita Blake Series, I kind of meant it. =) Instead I ended up reading two books again this time. I'm still reading the 11th book to the Anita Blake Series though. I just finished "Blacklisted" by Gena Showalter. It's kind of from her Alien Huntress Series...but it's written more for Teens.
My favorite character from the series showed up in this book though: Mia Snow. She was in "Awaken me Deeply" I love that book.
This book was about Camille Robins and Erik Troy. Camille has a huge crush on Erik Troy and when she finally gets his attention, she is thrown into a world of criminal actions with Erik. She never expected Erik to be bad. The A.I.R. is after them in the book. Camille ends up finding out the truth of what's going on and she backs Erik 100% on his decisions that he has made.
It was a great book to read to take a break from the Anita Blake Series...but now is the time to get back to Anita Blake. I'm reading "Cerulean Sins" now and loving it!

Book 69 "Narcissus in Chains" by Laurell K. Hamilton

I seriously had a problem putting down "Narcissus in Chains" by Laurell K. Hamilton. The book had me enthralled from the moment I read the first page. The new characters that were introduced in this book to Anita were different and definitely amazing. Anita ends up in a bigger mess when it comes to her love life then her previous books, but the mess is actually caused my Jean-Claude her vampire lover. Something happens in this book that pushes Richard away from Anita. I'm really starting to despise him. I really don't think Richard is Anita's one true love. I think he is beyond annoying. I really wish Anita would just go for either Nathaniel or maybe even Jason. There's a reason why I want her to go with Jason though and this book shows the reason. =) I'm absolutely in love with Asher though. Ever since he came into Anita's life and back into Jean-Claude's life, I've been fascinated with him. I'm looking forward to the next book because it goes more into detail about him, but as of right now I'm taking a break from the Anita Blake Series. I have other books I need to read to. I have 7 more books to read in the Anita Blake Series before the 18th book comes out in February. I'm going to read two different books from a different series before I read the 11th book to the series. I need a break from Anita and her lovers for a little bit. I have plenty of time to catch up with this series once I'm done reading other books. I finally managed to get myself a book shelf to put all my books on. It will just take awhile to assemble it since I'm beyond busy for the next 8 days. I'm starting 12 hour shifts tomorrow. Ugh!! I thought I left ship life back in 2007 when I worked 12 hours when I was underway, but my command I'm at is like ship life again. Oh well...just 18 1/2 more months and I'm done with Navy life. =)
Well...I'm off to spend sometime with my family before I go to work this evening to see my other family...my amazing co-workers who keep me laughing and smiling at work. =)

Book 68 "Obsidian Butterfly" by Laurell K. Hamilton

It has taken me awhile to finish "Obsidian Butterfly"...not only because it was a longer book then the others, but because I've been so busy...I haven't had any real time to devote to reading except maybe a chapter or two here and there. It was frustrating not being able to finish this book in two-three days which what I was hoping for. Since life is about to get even more mad crazy for me I guess I can say I won't read 10 books this month. December is always a busy month to me. Although, it will never rack up to be like July though. July is so overwhelming, I can't even remember most of what happened this past July. LOL That is how busy it got for me.
Now onto explaining what I thought about "Obsidian Butterfly" It's the 9th book to the Anita Blake Series and I have to say it's not my favorite at all. It moslyt goes into detail finally about Edward, Anita's somewhat assassin friend who happens to pop into her life whenever he needs to kill somebody or should I say something. Well, this book finally goes into his life and how one of his "Lives'" lives basically. He's also known as a alias "Ted Forrester" which he plays mostly in this book. She ends up with "Ted" in New Mexico because she owed him a favor and when he called, she didn't ask any questions, she just went to see him and find out what he needed. She asked the questions once she got there. While she's in New Mexico, Anita cuts off ties with Jean-Claude and Richard which is hard for her because she is not used to her celibacy at first. Every new guy she meets in this book, she has a reaction to and she ends up comparing the guys she meets with her two boys at home in St. Louis. Anita and Edward "Ted" end up in two different difficult situations in the book, which they have to figure out how to correct.
The book goes on and on it seems, and to me it was really dry compared to the other books I read in the series so far. I was really disappointed in this book. =( I thought it could've of used something more to it. Oh well...I'm glad I read it though and I can move onto the next book. The next book what I've been told, is really GOOD! =)
So for now though, I'll wait until this evening to start reading the next book. I'm going to relax for a bit since it's my first off day from work. =)
XOXO,
FranJessca

Tim Tebow <3

Gotta love people who hate on people just because the way they are. I guess people are against Christians for some reason. They don't like how Tim Tebow is. They are against him saying "God Bless" every time he's interviewed. How ignorant of people to say harsh things about him just because of that. He is just like Danny Wuerffel, the QB who played for the Gators back in 1996. If you have something against people who are like Tim Tebow, then you have something against me too. He was raised that way, you can't change people like him. Don't be hating just because he played his hardest the 4 years he was the University of Florida. So he cried, he has a heart for the game unlike other certain players. He kept a promise to his team, and now he thinks he failed. In my eyes, he didn't. He will forever be a great Football Player, and that is why people hate him. The media thought of him highly and still does. They saw him as something different. Someone who they haven't seen ever in College Football. Someone who changed everything. I have respect for Tim Tebow. He did make changes and I'm proud of him. People who hate on him, should hate on the Media. The Media are the ones who believed in him. People are pissed because they were sick of hearing about him. There's a reason why Tebow was always talked about and not your QB for your teams. Tim Tebow will never be forgotten. He will always be remembered for what he did. Here's what Tim Tebow accomplished: College awards and honors 2006 season SEC All-Freshman Team SEC Freshman of the Week 2007 season Tim Tebow in 2007Walter Camp Foundation National Offensive Player of the Week Southeastern Conference Offensive Player of the Week, three times Davey O'Brien Award winner Heisman Trophy winner Maxwell Award winner Walter Camp Award finalist Sporting News Player of the Year Harley Award winner NCAA QB of the Year ESPN The Magazine Academic All-American football team Manning Award finalist Rivals.com National Offensive Player of the Year Rivals.com SEC Offensive Player of the Year Rivals.com First Team All-SEC First Team All-SEC Coaches Conference football team Associated Press SEC Offensive Player of the Year Associated Press All-SEC First Team Associated Press Player of the Year Listed as an All-American by: Associated Press, Football Writers Association of America, Walter Camp Football Foundation, Sporting News, Sports Illustrated, ESPN, CBS Sports, College Football News, Rivals.com, and Scout.com James E. Sullivan Award, awarded to the Nations top amateur athlete Roy F. Kramer SEC Male Athlete of the Year. Third Florida Gator to win this award, Danny Wuerffel (won twice) and Ryan Lochte. ESPY for Best Male College Athlete 2008 season All-America selection by College Football News. Disney Spirit Award ESPY for Best Male College Athlete Heisman Trophy finalist Manning Award winner Maxwell Award winner Southeastern Conference Offensive Player of the Week 2008 SEC Championship Game Most Valuable Player Southeastern Conference Offensive Player of the Year Southeastern Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year Wuerffel Trophy winner Now tell me what did your fave QB do? Tim Tebow, keep your head held up high. You accomplished so much while you were at UF. You were AMAZING and will FOREVER be the GREATEST Player I ever known.
I will be there with you when you start up your NFL career just like I did with Danny Wuerffel. =)
From one of your Biggest Fans,
FranJessca
P.S. My 4 year old daughter will forever think your playing for the Gators. =) You are the reason why she watched the Gator games.

Thankful for Moving back in 2 years. =)

Okay seriously this Floridian can't handle the cold weather all that well. Give me 70s-80s weather all year around and I'm in HEAVEN. Let me wear sandals and dresses all year, and I'm the happiest woman you'll ever meet. Right now I'm suffering. This wet, cold weather is driving my sinuses crazy. I'm having a hard time adjusting to this dreadful weather. I want to wear my sandals, darnit. Even my 4 year old princess has been arguing about not being able to wear her sandals. Those are her fave shoes to wear. I've been trying to explain to her that it's getting colder so she can't wear her sandals anymore, but of course she's not having it.
At least we have our Cadillac that has heated seats. It's wonderful to have that, this season. I love driving the Caddy in this cold weather. =) At least my butt will be warm when I'm driving. LOL I do miss my remote starter which was in my Honda Civic though. Looks like Hubby and I will getting that installed in our vehicles as soon as we get the chance. =) I was spoiled by my remote starter. We'll hopefully be installing it in my Xterra next year due to the fact we'll be trying for a little one. =) I had the remote starter in my Civic when Alexia was a baby and it was a life savior for me. The car would already be warmed up by the time I got baby Alexia in the car. =) It was GREAT!! I had gotten the remote starter for a birthday gift for me that year and believe me it was the best gift I gave myself.
So for the next two years I'll guess I'll play along with the weather. I'm not used to going from Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring. I'm used to Summer, a little bit of Fall, two weeks of Winter and then right back to Summer. =) That's how the weather was in Florida. I loved it!! I'm so looking forward to being back there. Going to the beach year around, going out on the boat to go fishing, and just enjoying the beauty of Florida.
Let the countdown begin. Just 19 more months until I'm out of the Navy. =) I can't wait!!!
XOXO,
FranJessca

Where did the Year Go?

How come it's December already? It felt like we had just begun 2009. Where has the time gone? This year has flown by quick. It felt like yesterday I was traveling up from Florida and buying our house. Now it's going on 2010. There's only 23 more days until Santa Claus comes. Alexia keeps bugging us that Santa Claus will be here tomorrow with her presents, but we keep having to tell her no, just a little bit longer. We have a very impatient little girl on our hands it seems. LOL This year has been amazing for us. Actually, so many good things have happened I don't know where to begin. Let's just say this is going to be a hard year to top, but I see 2010 being even a little bit more grander than 2009. =) I have 19 more months in the Navy. 19 more months...that's crazy huh. Just yesterday I was staying 2 1/2 years and now it's already close to 1 1/2 years and I'm out. I'm glad this year kind of flew by. The faster I'm out of the Navy, the better. I'm ready to be out and called by my first name, FranJessca, instead of by my last name, Papillion. No one can pronounce my name right at work anyways, so of course their calling me "Pappy". The same nickname my hubby had when he was in and the same name my Father-in-law was called to. It's weird, but it's works better than getting my name butchered. I thought my maiden name was hard to pronounce. LOL What can I say...my name is perfect. =) So what's in store for this month? Lots...it seems. =) I have to work most of it because we're going to 12 hour shifts from Dec 14th-Jan 11th to support people who are taking vacation. I'm taking a week for Christmas so I can be home with my Family and also make a trip to Maryland to visit family up there I haven't seen in two years. I'm ready to see my brother, sister-in-law, nephews, niece, grandma, aunts, and cousins who I haven't seen in awhile. I've missed them. We still have to finish the Christmas tree at home and put up the lights outside, that of course hubby will do since that's his thing, while he leaves the inside to me and Alexia. Well, I'm off to play with my Kindle for a bit. It arrived this afternoon. My husband is amazing. It got me the perfect gift. =) He knows how much I love reading books and now all my books fit on the Kindle. I'm taking it everywhere I go now just like I do my camera. The only place I can't take it, is work since outside electronics are not allowed in the building. =( Oh well, that's when books are perfect. Night everyone! Hope everyone is having a terrific Holiday Season. =) XOXO, FranJessca

Book 67 "Shadowland" by Alyson Noel

Remember when I said, I was reading two books at once. Well, I finally finished "Shadowland" tonight. It took me awhile since I was only devoting a hour or so a night before I went to bed. I was kind of not interested much in this book. =( I was disappointed a bit. I was hoping for something more I guess. It got exciting at the night, but then it left me hanging. I hate when that happens, but the next book comes out next summer so it's not that bad, I think.
I was so upset a bit what Damen did to Ever. I'm also really interested in what is with Jude. I found out something about him towards the end that shocked me a bit. I was hoping to learn more about him. I was also really upset on what Roman did to Ever. Wow...he is a pain in the BUTT!! I just wanted to go into the book and slap him.
Well, it looks like I'll have to wait now until "Dark Flame" comes out to find out what happens now.
On to reading "Obsidian Butterfly" by Linda K. Hamilton. I also got the next book after this one in the mail today. Wahoo!!! Thank goodness. I can't get enough of the Anita Blake Series.
I also ordered my first two books for my Kindle a day ago. I'm looking forward to using my Kindle. =)
XOXO,
FranJessca

Book 66 "Blue Moon" by Laurell K. Hamilton

This is going to be a short blog since I'm having a hard time staying awake. Getting up at 3 am is rough sometimes, especially when you have a puppy that is hyper as ever and a 4 year old who refuses to go to sleep. It's always rough when the hubby works nights. =( Just one more day of work though and then I'll have 96 hours off. =) That's always GREAT! I just finished reading "Blue Moon" by Linda K. Hamilton. I finally got the book in the mail a few days ago. I was so ecstatic to get this book because I read the back of the cover and was interested on seeing what adventure Anita was going to have next. I won't go into detail about the book. I'm impressed with what happen in "Blue Moon". Anita has some serious drama in her life and what I mean by drama...I mean by "Lovers". Men are crazy about her, it seems. I'm moving on to the next book in the series now "Obsidian Butterfly". I don't think this book is going to get much out of me though. I want more of Jean-Claude, Richard, Asher, Damian, Jason, and Nathaniel. =) Oh well...I'm also still working on "Shadowland". Hopefully, I'll be able to finish it by tomorrow. Night everyone! =) XOXO, FranJessca

My Loving & Amazing Husband, who I LOVE VERY Much! =)

Told me yesterday that he is buying my Christmas Gift early since he's sick of me buying books. =) He bought me the Amazon Kindle. If you haven't heard of it, just click on Amazon Kindle. I fell in love with it once I really started reading. It is going to be a great investment for me since I'm kind of taking up my house with books. I was so ecstatic when he told me it would be arriving on this Thursday. He even bought me the leather case for it so when I open it up, it looks like a book. I can't wait to see it, hold it and use it. =) I've already got a list on which books I want for it.
Je t'aime, Phillip!!!
Thank you so much, honey!! =)

Book 65 "Enslave Me Sweetly" by Gena Showalter

I've been slacking on reading, but that's because it was Thanksgiving and I've been working also. =) I had to break for a bit. I'm actually not really taking a break. I'm reading two books at a time now it seems. LOL I'm reading "Shadowland" by Alyson Noel and I just finished "Enslave Me Sweetly" by Gena Showalter. "Shadowland", I have been reading at home since it's a hardcover and I actually purchased my first audiobook. =) So I'm reading along with the audiobook which is beyond slow. I was reading "Enslave Me Sweetly" at work which I have to say was really good. It's about a Other-worlder, Eden Black who is an assassin for the A.I.R., her parents were killed when she was 4 years old and the Boss of the A.I.R. took her in. She's a Raka, so she's a other-worlder. She has gold skin and gold hair so humans tend to hunt her kind just to sell off Raka's skin and hair since it's real gold. She ends up failing a assignment, which she has never failed before so she takes it to heart. The person who she was meant to assassinate is selling off humans as slaves to other-worlders. She ends up having to get a partner, who is Luscius, and she doesn't want a partner. Evenutally she is drawned to her partner like nothing she has ever felt before and same is with Luscius. They end up having to work together and find the original assassin, she met to kill. The book definitely draws you in from the beginning. Even some of my co-workers were fascinated with it. I'm going to hold off on reading the next book to the Alien Huntress Series until I finish the Anita Blake Series books that I finally got in the mail. "Blue Moon" is what I'm reading now at home. I love the Anita Blake Series. I'm looking forward to the other books after the 9th book though. It gets really interesting it seems.
Now I'm off to chill for a bit at home and later on run some errands. We're almost done putting the Christmas tree up. We started putting it up yesterday, but ended up running out of hooks for the ornaments. This year the Christmas tree is going to have a Mardi Gras theme to it. =) Gotta show off where my Hubby is from: Louisiana.

Book 64 "Burnt Offerings" by Laurell K. Hamilton

Finished reading "Burnt Offerings" by Laurell K. Hamilton. =) To me, it took me awhile to read this one because of course I kept getting interrupted. I had so much going on while trying to read this book. It was good though, but not as good as the last. It didn't have that scene between Jean-Claude and Anita in it. Although, it did have sexual tension in this book. I was pissed off with Richard, her ex-boyfriend, who kept messing with her, but he does have a right to though. I'm fascinated with the new guy though that came into the book, Asher. Anita helped him towards the end get over the anger over Jean-Claude and guess over the fear of his scars, that everyone thinks of him as a monster, but Anita didn't.
I'm looking forward to see what adventure Anita has next. She had to face some of the Vampire Council in this book and she amazed them with her new powers she received and she didn't realize she had.
I would go into more detail of the book, but won't spoil it.
Now I'm forced to wait until "Blue Moon" comes in. I bought it over Half.com. I received the next book after "Blue Moon" though today.
So what am I going to read until then. Well...I have "Shadowland", I need to read and also "The Awakening".
I'm going to take a break for awhile once the holidays get closer in December from reading so I'm trying to get much reading done as much as possible.
On to my next book tomorrow though.... =)

Christmas Shopping...DONE

Can't believe I'm done shopping for my daughter already. Its a record to get everything in one day. I got her the things that she wanted most and then some. We're waiting to get her, her big gift until Spring time. She wants a Trampoline, but this Mommy wants to surprise her with a pool. :). I'm going to be sending out a list of everything we bought our princess to our families and friends who have been asking what we got her so their won't be duplicate toys. I'll be wrapping the gifts up to as soon as I can so Alexia won't go snooping around. LOL We are so looking forward to Christmas when Alexia opens her presents. She is one spoiled and loved little girl. :) Hope everyone gets their shopping soon because its going to get hectic. I'm not into shopping after Thanksgiving.

Book 63 "The Killing Dance" by Laurell K. Hamilton =)

"The Killing Dance" by Laurell K. Hamilton is finished. =) Just finished it about a few minutes ago. I almost finished it last night, but I had to take a break. This book was REALLY good!! Finally some LOVE scenes to it. LOL
This book was mostly about Anita, Richard and Jean-Claude's love triangle. Wow, I feel bad for Anita. She has two guys that are after her...well actually more than that. LOL She was forced into situations that she didn't know how to handle because she really doesn't know how to handle relationships. In this book also she had Hitmen after her. She wanted to find out who had put a contract on her to be killed. She had the help of Edward to find out who.
I won't go into anymore details in this book. So far this is my fave book to the series. I've been told that the books keep getting better and better. I can't wait!! I'm going to have to take a break from this series soon since I'm waiting for my next books to come in after I read the 7th book "Burnt Offerings". I'm going to read "Shadowland" next from the Immortal Series. I bought it and haven't read it yet. I also have put off "Covet" by J.R. Ward and I really need to finish that book also. I have so many books and don't know which ones to read next. LOL
Oh well... I love reading!!

New Moon...Yes I saw it TWICE already! =)

Okay let's see if I can make my record from last year when I saw Twilight. I saw Twilight 4 times last year. I've already seen New Moon twice. Once with my loving hubby and then I saw it a 2nd time today with my youngest stepson and my 4 year old daughter who is obviously TEAM JACOB. LOL I'm of course TEAM JACOB...although right now I have a huge crush on one of the newbies in the movie. =) My hubby of course knows. LOL Charlie Bewley, who plays Demitri in the movie. Yum, he is gorgeous and he's British. What is with me and UK guys? LOL
I married a Scottish man. =)
Well...let's just see I cannot wait to see this movie again, but right now, I'll take a little breather from it. =)
It was better than the first because Chris Weitz is obivously an amazing director. I love him! Every movie he's ever directed I've loved.
New Moon gets two thumbs up and 10 stars with me. =)
The 3rd installment, Eclipse, comes out June 30th and Yes I'm already counting down. =)

My FOOTBALL TEAMS ARE STILL UNDEFEATED

Is it just coincidence that both of my Football teams are undefeated this year. Maybe! =)
Just wanted to say how PROUD I am of the Florida Gators this year and the New Orleans Saints! This Year has been an AMAZING YEAR for my family and even my FAVE Football TEAMS! Keep CHARGING to VICTORY, GATORS & SAINTS!!
GO GATORS!!!
GO SAINTS!!!
Gators are already going to the SEC Championship and maybe even the National Championship again...which I know they'll beat the heck out of Alabama. =) And then the Saints will most likely be going to the Super Bowl.
Yes, this year is an AMAZING YEAR!! I love it!!!

Book 62 "Bloody Bones" by Laurell K. Hamilton is Done. =)

Finshed my 62nd book at work. =)
My co-workers are now starting to think something is wrong with me too when it comes to reading books so fast. I can't help it. =)
Bloody Bones had a different edge to it compared to the other books. Meaning, that Anita is starting to think of Jean-Claude as a human not just as a monster. =) She had to save his life in the book. Anita also had to face her past in this book. She almost became one of the monsters she kills for a living.
I'm reading the next book to the series now "The Killing Dance".
Sorry this is short and I'm not going into much detail about the book. I just woke up thanks to my stepson and daughter playing in the backyard. It's never quiet at my house it seems. LOL
I'm off to get ready and take my stepson and daughter to New Moon. Yes, I'm taking my 4 year old daughter. She is in love with Taylor Launter who plays Jacob in the movie. I'm of course Team Edward. LOL This will be my 2nd time seeing the movie. My hubby has already accepted I'll be seeing the movie again and again. He knows me VERY Well!! =)

Book 61 "The Lunatic Cafe" by Laurell K. Hamilton Done! =)

Finished yet another book and this time I finished it at work in front of my co-workers. They didn't believe I could finish it. I had over 150 more pages to read. It only took me 2 hours to complete. =) I love reading!
"The Lunatic Cafe" was definitely more exciting then the last 3. I couldn't put this book down.
****Spoiler Alert****
Anita finally comes out and says she lust for Jean-Claude and loves him. =) It's about time.
She ends up agreeing also to date both Richard and Jean-Claude in this book, which Richard isn't happy about. Jean-Claude wants to try to woo her away from Richard. It seems that Jean-Claude has loved Anita for awhile now. Even before the first book, which the author explains a little bit about it in the books and Anita even reminisces from before Linda K. Hamilton picks up her story at the first book on how Jean-Claude has always been bugging her and such.
Anita is wary still on dating both Richard and Jean-Claude because in her eyes their monsters and she kills their kind for a living.
I can't wait to read the next book. "Bloody Bones" =) It came in the mail yesterday from Half.com. The person who shipped it was AWESOME!!! I couldn't believe how fast it got here. I wish I could leave double A+ feedback for the Seller.
Well, it's off to see New Moon with my Hubby this morning. I just got off of work, but nothing and nobody was going to stop me from seeing New Moon. I've waiting a year for this movie. I can't wait to see it and this time I'm seeing with the love of my life, my loving hubby! =)

Book 60 "Circus of the Damned" by Laurell K. Hamilton is Done =)

Okay, I thought I finish my book before I went to sleep. I have to work this evening so I have to re-adjust my schedule for 4 days. Ugh!
***Kind of Spoiler Alert...if you haven't read the book please don't read any further***
"Circus of the Damned" (Anita Blake Series) by Laurell K. Hamilton introduced another lead character into Anita's life, Richard. She is thrown into a obstacle between her and Jean-Claude also. It's about time though she realized her feelings for him. She has to either turn over Jean-Claude to another Master Vampire or keep him safe. What does she do in the book? Well, I won't spoil that.
I feel terrible for Anita because she doesn't want to get involved with the monsters, but she is kind of stuck dealing with them. After receiving the first two marks of becoming a human servant to Jean Claude in the first book. She is asked to receive the last two marks to complete the process. She refuses everytime that Jean-Claude asks her.
Richard is introduced into the book towards the beginning when she went to face Jean-Claude. He's a junior high science school teacher. Anita doesn't know why or how he came about hanging out with Jean-Claude. She's fascinated and attracted to Richard. Richard asks her out on a date and at first she doesn't want to go out on a date because she hadn't been on for awhile, but she eventually accepts.
Other characters were introduced also in the book , but of course they didn't last long. Accept that Anita has a co-worker she has to train, Lawrence. She was wondering why he wanted to be a animator and she finally finds out what the truth is from him later on in the book.
The book ended up with bloodshed. I personally think this book was a little bit more exciting than the last two. =)
I won't try to spoil anymore of the book. I just wanted to stretch out the key points to the book. I'm going to head to bed now since I have to be up all night working. I'll probably start reading the next book to the series "The Lunatic Cafe" at work. We'll see though. I have to see how busy work will be. But then I have to wait until the 5th book comes in from Half.com. It seems it won't be here until after Thanksgiving though. Thank goodness, I have other books to hold me off for awhile. I have to order the 8th book and on soon so I can get those on time. I'm a very impatient bookworm. I need to have those books. LOL
So Good night everyone...or Good Afternoon to everyone who will be awake.
The Night Owl is going to bed. =)

It's Here...Oh Yes...It's Here...My NEW BABY!!!

Haha...Yes I called my new laptop, my new baby. =) It's here I'm glad it is. My other laptop was already given me the "I'm not going to work for you now because I know you are a traitor" LOL Rest in peace Windows Vista. I'm looking forward to never using you ever again. =) My husband of course said he would gladly take it off my hands, which once I'm done taking all the programs off of my Vista Laptop to my Windows 7 one, I'm handing the laptop over to my hubby. Good Riddens!!! =) Now I can say I have 3 dell laptops. A XP one that is turning 5 years old on Thanksgiving. It is still running GREAT!! I have never had any issues with it except it's not big enough and fast enough anymore. I still use it because my Photoshop program is on it. Then there's my worst nightmare, the Vista One which turned two years old the end of September. It has given me a migraine since the day it arrived. Microsoft that is the worst operating system you've ever made. Then now there's my Windows 7 and so far its everything I've ever dreamed of. Everything is easily accessible and it's just so darn cute. =) Yes, I said cute! I'm a Computer Geek, what do you expect. It's faster than ever. Please, like I would go for the cheap kind of computer. I want the best and this IT always gets what she wants. I love Dell because they spend extra care making sure everything is up and functional before it's shipped off. This is the 3rd computer I've bought through Dell.com. There customer service is spectacular. I'll keep purchasing computers from them as long as they stay in business.
So here I go playing on my new laptop...although I really need to go off and run some errands and have my girl's day out with my beautiful little girl. She's enjoying my new computer too. I'll have all night to play with it since I have to stay up all night. It's back to work tomorrow night.

Book 59 "The Laughing Corpse" by Laurell K. Hamilton is Done =)

Okay I seriously have a reading problem. I finished a book within a day. =) It had to be good, right? Well of course it was. That was the reason why I couldn't put it down. Plus, I was suffering a major headache today so I napped for about two hours during the afternoon and didn't really feel up to par with going anywhere today. My beautiful daughter even took care of me today. She gave me a pillow and a blanket so I could lay on the sofa while reading my book. She played nicely in the living room with her "My little ponies" which were the same little ponies that I played with at her age. She doesn't have all 200 of them yet, but she'll will. On to the book that I read though "The Laughing Corpse" by Laurell K. Hamilton. I just love the titles she gives her books. =) If you read the books, you definitely will know why she titles them way she does. I couldn't put this book down. The main character Anita is a riot. =) She is definitely up there with Mia Snow in "Awaken Me Darkly" by Gena Showalter. Anita knows how to take care of herself. Jean-Claude didn't show up much in this book, but when he did I was wondering when these two would hook up. =) New characters were introduced in this book, which I have to say were really creepy. I'm looking forward to reading the next book to the Anita Blake Series. Tomorrow though, I'll hopefully be playing with my new laptop. FEDEX is supposed to deliver it tomorrow sometime. I can't wait. I'll be staying up all night with it because I have to get on my work schedule again. I'll be starting up with Mids Wednesday night for four nights and then I'll have 4 days off. =) Of course I have to work Thanksgiving, but I still have plenty of time for preparing our Thanksgiving meal after work with the help of my husband preparing some during the day while I'm at work. I can't wait!! I'm looking forward to having Turkey. Yum!! I can't wait to read my next book. =)

Book 58 "Guilty Pleasures" by Laurell K. Hamilton is Done

The first book to the Anita Blake Series, I finally got done reading today. It took me awhile because I really didn't have much time to read it while family was in town. The weather was awful the past 4 days and finally the sun is out. I feel like I haven't seen the sun in over a year. I'm glad it's back. =) It woke me up this morning at 9 am. Yes, I got to sleep in a little longer, but to me it still wasn't enough. I was woken up by my 13 week old puppy, Rambo who needed to go outside at midnight. I'm glad I finally finished this book because I'm really enjoying the series so far. I'm still waiting for the rest of my books to come in the mail which is going to take forever. I'm glad I have a stack of books to read. I only have a few more days left of freedom and then I'm back to work on Wednesday evening on Mids. It's actually going to feel nice to be back at work. I've missed some of my co-workers. So onto the book though...The first book to the Anita Blake Series "Guilty Pleasures". I've had the book for awhile, but I haven't had a chance to read it since I had other books I've been reading. I finally put Gena Showalter's books aside for a bit so I could read another author's books. Laurell K. Hamilton, you definitely have caught my attention. This book had me on the edge of my seat. I even cried. =( I was sad when one of my fave characters was killed. I won't say who it was because I don't want to spoil for anyone who hasn't read it and wants to. I could've seen the main character really falling for him later on if the character would've survived. Oh well, the main character Anita Blake has other issues to deal with right now. I'm wondering what's going to happen next in the next book between her and Jean-Claude. Looks like I'll find out this evening once I come back from running errands and also enjoying a beautiful day with my beautiful little girl. Maybe will take in some sight-seeing. We played out in the waters yesterday in my Xterra when we were heading to the Mall to shop. We even managed to make a min-cooper mad at us yesterday. Well, the guy who was driving should've thought twice before tailgating me on flooded roads. How did he not expect to feel the wrath of what my Xterra when it's in high water? LOL Oh well, maybe he should trade in is little car for a bigger vehicle. One that won't stall in water. I know my Xterra enjoyed playing yesterday...it's meant for stuff like that. My hubby's Cadillac was put aside for 4 days because of this Nor'easter. I'm glad I was the smart one and I got my Xterra back in '07. I tease my husband everytime it rains like this..."You should've gotten a truck sweetheart and you would've have this problem." =) He'll learn soon. The first vehicle I drove was a Dodge Dakota lifted up and I had so much fun in it that I told myself I prefer trucks over little cars. =) Hope everyone has a GREAT Sunday. I'm off to have some more fun now with my 4 year old little princess who keeps me on my toes. XOXO, FranJessca

Finished Book 57

Yes I promised to savor the book I was reading, but it was kind of hard because the book was so GOOD!! "Awaken me Darkly" by Gena Showalter Out of all the Books I've read since May, Mia Snow is my favorite character now. She is definitely a GREAT character. She fought so many people in that book and she never backed down. The person she ended up falling in love with in the book was PERFECT. =) Gena Showalter, you definitely had be fixated on certain parts of the book that I had to re-read them. LOL My hubby of course wanted to know why I was smiling when I was reading the book. I really hope Gena Showalter will continue on with Mia Snow's story. It definitely was not what I expected when I learned the truth about Mia. I can't wait to read the 2nd book to the series, whenever the mailman comes here with the book. Until then I'll read another book. Gena Showalter's Atlantis Series is the other series I've been meaning to read. Guess I'll start "Heart of the Dragon" and hopefully my next book to the Alien Huntress Series will be here. Highly unlikely though since this weather is awful and I'll finish this book by tomorrow too. =) Hope everyone else has a sun filled day. XOXO, FranJessca

More Books on my Waiting List. =)

I just added even more books to my book list that I'm waiting for down below. Wow!! I love reading, but I can't seem to keep up with certain authors that I love. Gena Showalter is one of them. Ever since I read her Lords of the Underworld Series...I've been wanting to read her other series. She writes books like crazy, which I love. That is one reason why she's my fave. She comes up with ideas and starts writing it down and can't stop. =) I'm currently reading the first book to the Alien Huntress Series. I can't seem to put it down right now and I'm having to hold off a bit. I just ordered the second book to the series on half.com. I'm going to have to start reading another book from a different series from her after I finish this one "Awaken Me Deeply" since it may take awhile for the 2nd book from the series to arrive. Gena knows how to WRITE. She definitely makes me feel like I'm actually there in the book. I love it!! The character Mia Snow is definitely keeping me at the age of my seat in this book I'm currently reading it. I've never heard of a female character as hardcore as her. I'm only on Chapter 4 so far and I'm trying everything to savor the book...but it's kind of hard, when the weather is awful outside and all I want to do is sit back, drink some hot chocolate and enjoy a book. Which is going to be me today since there is no way I'm going out in this awful weather. I'm a sunshine kind of girl. It can be cold...but not windy. I can't stand the wind. I only weigh 117 and I'll probably be blown around outside before I even get to my Cadillac's door. So here it is I'm going to enjoy this rainy, windy awful day indoors with a book. My Mother-in-law and sister-in-law are out visiting other family right now. My daughter of course tagged along since she adores her Granny and Aunt dearly. She only gets to see them when they come to visit or if we visit them in Pensacola. How I wish I could be in the sunshine state right now enjoying the beach kind of weather. I will have that kind of weather again in less than two years. Wow...time is flying by fast for me in the Navy. Before you know it I'll be turning in my active duty id card for a dependent id card. =) I love it!! Well it's on to continuing the book "Awaken Me Darkly" by Gena Showalter or until the hubby walks in the door and stops me from reading. =) XOXO, FranJessca

Happy Veteran's Day!!!

Happy Veteran's Day to all the Past, Present & Future Army, Navy, Marine, & Airforce Veterans Today!!!

Book 56 is Done.... =)

Well it took me awhile to finish another book since I've been recovering from my surgery. Plus, it doesn't help when you have a husband that tells me to put the book down every once in awhile. LOL The book I finished reading is "The Summoning" by Kelley Armstrong. It was different from the others I read. It was almost like "Dark Visions" by L.J. Smith. I almost didn't finish the book until it finally got some action to it. It dragged a little bit and I'm used to having action from beginning to end. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the book. I'm hoping the next book to the series has a little more to it. "The Awakening". I ordered is used from Barnes and Noble. They only have the book in hardcover because the paperback doesn't come out until March of next year, but I'm not waiting that long. I have another company I'm buying books from nowadays. Half.com =) I love it...although it takes awhile to get the books in the mail and the way I am, I like to have back to back books from the series I'm reading. What's my next read...a book written by Gena Showalter. One of my FAVE authors, who I would love to meet in person. I'm going to read Gena's book until my next book from Kelley Armstrong comes in the mail. I can't wait to see how this series is that I'm going to read next. As of right now I'll only be reading in the evening before I go to bed since my Mother-in-law and Sister-in-law are in town. =) Hope everyone is having an amazing Day!! XOXO, FranJessca

Sorry Late Posting...Our Halloween Costumes. =)

Okay, I thought I post this blog before I go to bed. This is what my daughter and I dressed up this year for Halloween. Alexia chose to be Barbie Genie and Mommy of course went as a Vampire. =) Although, Alexia would not let me wear my fake fangs. I got to wear my 5 inch platform heel boots, which I haven't worn since for 5 years. Their still comfortable to wear, but after walking such a long distance I was glad to finally get them off. LOL Can't wait until next Halloween. =)

My "Deep Kiss of Winter" ***Signed*** =)

I've been meaning to post this, but I've been so busy. I thought I post it before I forgot again. =) I'm so lucky to have this book. It's on my fireplace mantle right now until I can read it. Thank you Kresley Cole and Gena Showalter!! I can't wait to read it! =)

Book 55 is Complete...finally!!

Finally finished another book..."Fade Out" Morganville Vampires Series by Rachel Caine. It took me awhile to read another book because of work and then my surgery. I finally made time today after the house was quiet because the hubby and daughter went out shopping for a bit. While Mommy sat at home and rested. Thank goodness for Vicodin! =) I was sore when I woke up and I had to wait until I ate to finally take my pain meds...that I just wanted to be left alone. =( I'm glad the pain meds worked fast. I hate not being able to do much. I can't drive, clean or cook. =( Hopefully, in the next few days I'll be back to my normal self. Until then, more books to read hopefully and I'll also have lots of catching up to do editing family photos. I'm so far behind. I'm also not able to take photos with my 70-200mm lense. Do you realize how hard that is? That lense weighs alot and add it to my already heavy camera, my D300...I can't hold them both together. I have to suck it up for awhile until I finally can hold both my camera and fave lense again. Ugh! I really enjoy taking photos with my camera and fave lense. =) Well, it's on to my 56th book...I'm going to try finish reading "Covet" by J.R. Ward now. I have so many more books to read. I'm so looking forward to "Shadowland" next from my Book List. It comes out on the 17th, but I plan on pre-ordering. Sorry for the short blog, but it's time to get off the computer and spend some time with my hubby. We're having a movie date night in tonight. =) XOXO, FranJessca

Surgery Went GREAT...Because I can't remember it. =)

Okay...seriously I would do this surgery all over again. It was GREAT because I didn't remember it. All I remember was kissing my husband before going to the Operating Room, then switching to my regular roller bed to the operating bed and that's it. Once I was on that table, I was out cold. LOL They knocked me out with anesthesia. The doctors and nurses were amazing and I'm glad they kept checking on me before surgery since I was really nervous about it. Here it is my 2nd surgery I've had in 26 years. My first being my C-section that brought along my miracle, Alexia Renee. That's the best surgery I've had. =) I had three fibroadenomas removed from my left breast. They were only removing two, but they found the third one and removed that one too. I'm so beyond happy they did that. Now I don't have to worry about going through the biopsy process again. I'll be looked after now since I've had these fibroadenomas. Their not cancerous. Their just something that pops along for my age group. They still don't know what causes them. Their oval and very movable. I remember when my husband found them the first time. Yes...my husband was the one that found them. =) I love my husband. Let me tell you about my amazing husband...He drove me to the hospital. He stayed with me the whole entire time. Up until when they took me to the Operating room. He even saw me get the first of the anesthesia which was the loopy part. LOL Then when I woke up, I saw him. =) I have such a loving and amazing husband. He has taken care of me all day, making sure I'm comfortable and fed. Since I had not eaten since 6 pm yesterday. I finally ate graham crackers after surgery and boy were they good. Yum! Then my husband let me sleep at home for a good 4 hours since I was still groggy from the anesthesia. He took care of getting Alexia and getting food for all of us. Chicken wings and a very yummy salad. I'm turned into a health freak when I get home from work since the only I eat at work is pretty much fast food. Ugh!! Although, I still get teased since I still can't gain weight from it. =) Now my husband is finally resting. He deserves to rest since he's been running around like crazy for me and has been up since 4:30 this morning to make sure I got to the hospital on time. I'm so blessed to have him. I'm also so blessed to have a beautiful daughter, who worries about me. She was so motherly me today. I have to remind her, who had who. =) She's so adorable. I thank God everyday that she's in my life. I'm also very thankful for my family, friends, coworkers and pretty much everyone who was asking about me today. Thank you all!! I actually missed my co-workers today and I hope tomorrow is a easy day for them since it's their Friday before their 4 days off. I'm going to miss them next week when they work Eves and I'm not there. I won't be there until the 2nd day of mids. I'm so glad this surgery is over with and I can move on to the next medical issue I have to take care of. Thanks to all the doctors and nurses too that took care of me today. My anesthesiologist was GREAT! I love those doctors!! So it's off to finish watching my shows and editing photos since I have a lot of family photos that need to be edited. I also need to get ready for a busy Winter Time full of Christmas Portraits, Maternity Portraits and etc...that I need to photograph. =) It's back to business for me since everything is GREAT!! Also, I have to finally reveal all the new tutus/tutu dresses I'll be making for the next couple of weeks for the Xmas time. XOXO, FranJessca

Book 54 is done...and I've been bawling. =(

Such a sad ending to such an AMAZING book and now I have to wait until May 27th for the next book to come out. I just finished reading "Tempted" House of Night Series by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast. It was such a GREAT book, that I couldn't put it down. I cried several times in the book. The ending was the most that made me cry. I'm so confused also on what's going to happen next. I cried for Zoey and even Stark. I've seriously gotten into this series and I really can't wait for the next book to be out. I'm so pissed about Kalona and Neferet. Grrrr!! I could've gone through the book and smacked the crap out of both of them. I also found something really weird in the book that had me in shock. Wow!!! P.C. Cast threw me off. LOL That's why she's one of my FAVE authors. =) Ahhhhh! I have to wait until May now. Oh well, it's on to my other books that I've put on the back burner. I need to read "Covet" by J.R. Ward now and I'm also waiting on my next book from the Morganville Vampire Series "Fade Out" by Rachel Caine. Let me not forget "Shadowland" comes out November 17th. I'm really looking forward to that book too. Wow...I have so many series I've gotten into it, how can I keep up with them? =) Well...here's to waiting for "Burned" to come out May 27th. ***Sad Face*** I'll have to read the HoN series again before then. This series I'll definitely never get tired of reading over and over again. I love all the characters and I'm so glad about what happened between Erik and Zoey in "Tempted". Happy Halloween everyone!! I'll be posting pics of my beautiful little girl in her Barbie Genie costume as soon as I can. It's back to work for me tomorrow morning for just 3 days and then surgery on Wednesday. XOXO, FranJessca

Books 52 & 53...Done!! =)

Okay, I finished "Untamed" and "Hunted" from the House of Night Series by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast. "Untamed" I finished yesterday evening and "Hunted" I finished this afternoon. It was my 2nd time reading both books....and of course I didn't put them down at all. =) I love both of those books. So here it is I'm now reading "Tempted" and I'm trying to savor the book since the next book is due out in May. Plus, I need to get ready for Halloween tomorrow. LOL Alexia gets to wear her costume to Ballet tomorrow morning. We're also going to have our Girl's Day Out tomorrow since it's going to be REALLy Beautiful. It's Lunch and a Movie with my Baby girl tomorrow. We're also going to have Breakfast after Ballet, like we always do. I can't wait to spend the day with my beautiful little girl tomorrow. The evening time, Alexia will be dressed up in her Barbie Genie costume and Mommy will be dressed up in her Sexy Vampire Costume. Daddy will be passing out the candy. We'll see though, he probably won't let this Mommy out the door. =) Sorry I'm not talking about the books, but I know several people who are reading the books now and I don't want to spoil it for them. I really can't wait to see how "Tempted" is. I've waited several days since I got it in the mail and now it's here and I'm SUPER DUPER excited!!! XOXO, FranJessca P.S. Now it's onto my next goal into Reading. I've read 53 books since May of this year and now I have to read 47 more to May of 2010. =) I know I'll read more than that though. =)

Books 50 & 51 Complete...I've been busy Reading. =)

Okay so I had some time on my hands and I really had a hard time going to bed last night because I just got off working Mids and my body is still adjusting. I'm used to sleeping during the day and working at night. Now though I have switch. I have to sleep at night and work during the day. I have three days of day shift starting on Sunday and then next Wednesday I go in for my surgery. I re-read, two books last night and this morning since my new book came in yesterday and I don't really want to read it until I re-read the old ones. The last time I read these books were in May and you have to understand that I've read a lot of books since then. =) I read "Betrayed" and "Chosen" The House of Night Series by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast. I could not put the books down again. I love this series. =) I'm now on to reading "Untamed" again and after that I'll read "Hunted' again. Then it's on to the new book for the series "Tempted" which I'm having a hard time holding off, but I've been reading two books a day with the series. I can't wait to read "Tempted". =) Also, P.C. Cast announced that "Burned" the 7th book to the House of Night Series will be out May 27th, 2010. How many books are in this series? There's going to be 12 and I can't wait!! =) I can't wait to see what the authors did in the book "Tempted". So it's back to cooking dinner for now and later I'll try to finish "Untamed" and start on "Hunted". I'm such a book worm. Although, this will what I will be doing on my Con-leave since I won't be able to do anything strenuous for 14 days. That's okay by me though. XOXO, FranJessca

Book 49 is Done!!! =)

Another Book down and I'm almost reached my Goal for 2009. =) "Carpe Corpus" The Morganville Vampire Series by Rachel Caine. The last book to the series until November 3rd when the next book comes out. It's not a long wait for me, thank goodness. =) "Carpe Corpus" ended with a happy ending, but that doesn't mean anything in Morganville, Texas. It also ended with a twist which I hope the author talks more into detail in next book. I'm so happy for the main character, Claire. She ended up happy with Shane, for now at least. Although, there was something that happened in this book that I was upset about. =( This is going to be short blog entry again...it's hectic right now and tonight is my last night on Mids and I'll have 4 days off. =) Gotta love having those days off. I'm reading "Covet" by J.R. Ward now and also trying to read the 2nd book to HoN again "Betrayed" by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast. The next book to the HoN series is on the way for me and I can't wait...."Tempted". I'm so looking forward to reading that book. XOXO, FranJessca

Book 48 is Done =)

I finished yet another book. It was only 230 something pages so it didn't take me very long. I started it last night at work, or I should say early this morning when I was working. "Lord of Misrule" The Morganville Vampire Series by Rachel Caine...is the 5th book to the Series. I never really discussed what was behind the books...so I'll explain a little bit. Morganville, Texas is a town that looks normal at first, but underneath it's run by Vampires. The Vampires are in charge of pretty much everything. Claire ends up attending college in the town because her parents don't want her far away just yet. She's graduates high school early so she's only 16 when she leaves her parents house. She is never liked at her school and she makes enemies with some of the girls who are out to actually kill her. She eventually decides to move out of the dorm for her safety and ends up living with three 18 year olds in a house. She finds out that nothing is what it seems and she eventually learns the truth about the house, it's inhabitants and what actually is going on around town. I won't go into more detail that that, other than now chaos has happened between the vampires and humans. I'm moving on to the 6th book now which is picking up from the 5th book. I love how Rachel Caine leaves you hanging on the end of each book and the next book picks it up from she left it. The 6th book is the last for right now until November 3rd rolls around...when the 7th book will be out. =) That's not a long wait at all for me...until I finish the 7th book within a day. Although, I don't think will happen since I have my surgery on the 4th. We'll see though. I only have two more books to reach my goal...but that doesn't mean I'll stop. I've decided now I'll keep counting on until next May when I first started reading. My goal now after I reach 50 will be to reach 100 by May 2010. =) Maybe even more than that, depending on how my work schedule is and life period for me. Hope everyone is having a GREAT weekend. I'm working Mids...but I get 4 days off after Tuesday's Mids. Wed-Sat, I'll be off. Which is GREAT!!! XOXO, FranJessca

Book 47...Done! =)

Well, I completed another book today. =) "Feast of Fools" The Morganville Vampires Series by Rachel Caine. Of course again it wasn't very long at all. The series is getting even more interesting, like I stated before. It has fallen into a different twist and I love it!! I love the fact the author leaves you hanging at the end of each book. =) I'm going to start reading the next book in the series at work tonight when there's nothing else to do. Sorry for the short blog again, but it's time to get ready for work. Have to be in early for inventory. XOXO, FranJessca

Book 46....Complete. =)

Well it's late in the evening, or early in the morning, I should say. I just finished my 46th book... "Midnight Alley: The Morganville Vampires Series" by Rachel Caine. The books keep getting more interesting. =) I stayed up late because I'm shifting to Mids this evening at 2145. Trying to get my body ready to sleep during the day and work during the night. It's only for 5 days...so tonight will be my Monday. I had to finish a book before my shift starts up again. =) Plus, I have been waiting for these books for awhile to come from Barnes & Noble. I ordered them online, hoping they would get here quicker...which they didn't. Oh, well...I have them now and I'm reading them back to back. Sorry this is short, I'm not going into detail on what I thought about the book. All I can say is...I didn't put it down, except to fold laundry. That should tell you something. =) Hope everyone is sleeping well. I shall be hitting the pillow in a couple of hours to sleep the day away. =) I feel like I am a Vampire when I have to work the Mid Shift. My own daughter, thinks I'm going to turn into a Vampire anyways thanks to my Vampire costume I got this year for Halloween. I have to remember not to wear the plastic fangs around her because she does get scared. Night Everyone! =) XOXO, FranJessca

My results to my Biopsy

I finally found out the results to my biopsy this morning and let me tell you I'm very relieved. The biopsy came back to show the lumps in my left breast were in deed benign. They are specifically called Fibroadenoma. They are normal to develop in women under the age of 30. I scheduled for my Surgery on the 4th to have them finally removed. I did my Pre-op today to be prepare for it. I will have 14 days of Con-Leave after the surgery is done so I can heal. I let my work know ahead of time and tomorrow evening when I go to work I'll be filling out a blank leave chit to prepare ahead of time. My amazing and loving hubby will be taking me to the hospital on the 4th and bringing me home afterwards. He's glad to have found out the results too today. He was just as relieved as me. I'm so glad everything came back good for me and now I can move on after this to take care of other medical issues. =) Of course I'm not looking forward to this surgery, but glad to finally get these darn lumps removed. XOXO, FranJessca

I'm a Computer Nerd and Darn proud of it. =)

Am I crazy for being excited that Windows 7 is out? OMG!!! It's about friggin' time. LOL I've waited for so long for Windows to finally come out with something to replace Vista. Who ever thought of Vista really needs to get fired. Let's have a operating system come out that eats all your RAM up and won't let you open up too many programs. Yeah...smart move! Let's hope Windows 7 is better than VISTA. Which my fellow IT buddies, say the Beta Version proves it is better. How I wish I would've got a hold of Windows 7 before it came out to try it out. I can't wait now to get my new computer. Yes every two-three years, I happen to get a new computer. If you haven't noticed once you buy a computer it's obsolete the next day because the Computer geniuses come out with something better. =) I love that Technology will never die and I'm glad everyday I work in that field. Okay, the question I've been asked by non-IT's is why don't I own a MAC? Haha...are you kidding me. Why would I? MAC's don't do networking like PCs do. MACs can viruses to and have problems with them. I know several hackers that can penetrate a MAC and laugh about it. I can fix my own computer and prevent anything from harming it. I have my XP laptop that I've had since 2004...and NO issues. =) I have my Vista Laptop, I've had since 2007, yes it has issues, but it's still going and issues weren't because viruses and such...it's because whoever brought it out didn't test the program all the way and it had major bugs that needed to be fixed. That's what technology is all about though. Coming up with something better to replace the old. It's GREAT!!! I'm such a Computer Geek, but would you blame me. I work in the industry. I love everything about computers. Whenever software issues happen, I'm there to fix it and make it all better. I'm still learning about the hardware though. I'm such a "GIDDY" IT right now. Can't wait to order my new computer in the VERY near future. I'm thinking about getting a Desktop this time, but unfortunately I love laptops WAY too much. I can carry them everywhere and I also have a internet connection that's with me all the time 24/7. Thanks to Verizon Broadband (Aircard). I can be in the passenger seat heading out of town and still manage to get on the internet. Gotta Love Technology!! So once I order my new computer, I'll make sure to make a Blog entry and Brag about Windows 7. I love everything about Technology!! XOXO, FranJessca

A Re-Read...but it still counts...Book 45 Done

I had to re-read a book because it's been since May that I read the book. It felt like I had never read it though before. "Marked" the first book to the House of Night Series. I read it back in May and couldn't put it down and again it was the same thing the 2nd time. I had a hard time putting it down. =) I'm going to hold off on re-reading the other books because I just got the Morganville Vampire Series books in from Barnes and Noble that I wanted. I should be able to finish those real quick, unless, my job gets hectic like it usually does. Halloween is around the corner so I'm trying to prepare for that. I also find out my results to my biopsy tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed. Sorry for the short blog...but since I already read the book...I won't go into details. It's dinner time anyway. XOXO, FranJessca

Drum Roll Please...Because I just finished Book 44

I just keep rolling through these books like nothing. =) Just finished my 44th book...."The Dead Girl's Dance" by Rachel Caine from her Morganville Vampires Series. This Series is AWESOME! Yes, it's about vampires and yes I have a minor obsession with Vampires right now, but not because of the Twilight Series. You could say Anne Rice made me like Vampires back when I read her books in High School. I have to re-read her books as soon as I'm done reading all the books I just recently bought. =) The Morganville Vampire Series has a different twist to Vampires. No, there's no sparkly looking vampires, but their is "Protection" from them. You'll just have to read the books to find out. I just ordered the rest of the books off of Barnes and Noble today and now I have to wait until I get those books in the mail. I'm very impatient so I'll just read another book until then. =) Hope everyone had a GREAT weekend. I know I had to work, but I get my 96 hours off starting Tuesday. Wahoo!!! Night Everyone!

Ahem...Book 43 is done

I finished book 43 this morning. I can't really type as much as I want since I have to hurry and get ready for work this morning. I have training two hours before my shift start. Blah! The Life of a Navy "IT" Sailor is always strenuous. Oh well, I don't mind getting more training because technology is always changing. =) Oh and at least I get to wear civilian clothes today since "Civilian Clothes Day" at work. How awesome is that? =) The book I just finished is from Rachel Caine's The Morganville Vampires Series "Glass Houses". It was a VERY Good book. It was short and that is why I was able to read it so quickly. I can't wait to read the next one. Sorry again, if this is short. I promise to go more in detail this evening once I get off of work. =) Hope everyone has a TERRIFIC Friday. Today is more like my Tuesday. XOXO, FranJessca

I'm getting a signed copy to: Deep Kiss of Winter

I'm BEYOND excited. I can't make any of the Book signing tours and I was so glad when Gena Showalter announced this on her blog, that anyone could get a signed copy of the Deep Kiss of Winter with Kresley Cole & Gena Showalter's signatures. Yes, I'm jumping for joy, since Gena Showalter is a TOP fave of mine. I'm about to start reading another series she has written. My husband is excited for me too, since he knows how much I love reading. This book will be put in a special place in my house. =) I'll also make sure to brag about it alot and show it off to everyone who comes to my house. I'll make sure to take a picture of it once I get it. I want to eventually meet Gena Showalter in person and every other author who adore. Anne Rice, P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast, Richelle Mead, Melissa De La Cruz, L.J. Smith, J.R. Ward, and much more. I can't name them all right now.

Hi I'm Fran...and I'm addicted to Reading. LOL Finished Book 42 already. =)

Okay..I'm a little obsessed. Although, my husband will say I'm OVER-OBSESSED with reading. I told him I wanted to finish the book I was reading today and I did. Once I set up a goal...I stick with it. I finished the 2nd book to "The Secret Circle: Captive Part II & The Power" by L.J. Smith. I was so HAPPY about the ending. Although, it has me wondering if L.J. Smith left it off for a reason. =) Maybe, maybe not. We'll see though. L.J. Smith is definitely one of my favorite authors. After reading so many different books from her, I really can't wait until her next books come out. I was glad to get away from Vampires for awhile. Now it looks like though, I'll be back to reading Vampires. I pick up a few more books from Barnes and Noble this afternoon. I'm trying to get all 17 books of the Anita Blake Series before I read them. I want to be able to go back to back with those books without stopping. I'm really excited for October 27th though. P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast are bringing out the 6th book to the House of Night Series. =) I'm jumping for joy and then P.C. Cast announce she's going to be working on the 7th book now. She's visiting Scotland for it. A place I really can't wait to visit once I'm out of the Navy. I can't wait to see where my Husband was born. I wouldn't mind living there. =) The pictures that P.C. Cast has posted to her blog are beautiful. So what am I going to read next. I have a toss up between the "Covet: Fallen Angels Series" by J.R. Ward or "Glass Houses:The Morganville Vampires Series" by Rachel Caine. I can't decide which one though. J.R. Ward is my FAVE author next to Anne Rice of course. "Covet" is different from her other books. "Glass Houses" has me intrigued there's 6 books to the series so far and the 7th book comes out next book. Ahhh...which one to choose. "Covet" which is the first book to the series or start a long series. I'll decide this evening, hopefully. Hope everyone is having a GREAT Wednesday. I'm back to work tomorrow afternoon for 5 days.

I'm done with Book 41

Yes, I'm already done with Book 41. "The Secret Circle: The Initiation & The Captive Part I" by L.J. Smith. It wasn't a very long book at all. I could have finished it yesterday evening, but was exhausted and had to go to bed early for my doctor's appointment this morning. This book is now about Witches. Not Vampires, not psychics, and definitely not lords. Just about witches, finally. =) I can't seem to put this book down either. There's a lot of characters in this book. I'm moving onto the 2nd book "The Secret Circle: The Captive Part II and The Power". I'll hopefully have it done by tomorrow or Thursday morning. I go back to work on Thursday afternoon for 5 days and then 96 hours off. Gotta love this schedule I'm on. =) First though, I'm going to take a break from reading and try to edit some photos. Hope everyone is having a GREAT week. I know I am. =) Just 9 more books to reach my Goal. =) Next year I'll have a higher goal. Once I'm done reading 50 books...I'll post a blog of all the books I read. =)

Our New Family Member.... "Rambo"

Meet our New Little Family Member...who is going to be BIG once he's fully grown. He's a Cane Corso or otherwise known as a Italian Mastiff. He's only 8 weeks old and has our hearts already. He's going to be our Little Protector. My youngest stepson, Gareth, named the puppy "Rambo". The puppy's Great Great Grandfather's name. =) Image and video hosting by TinyPic This photo was taken the day that we picked him up from the Breeders. I have way more photos of him, but this is one of my favorites. This photo was also taken with my new lense...that I LOVE!!! More photos to come later on of our new little family member. Welcome to the Papillion Family, Rambo! =)

Book 40 Done.... =)

I finished Book 40 last night around 11:30 pm. I had a hard time putting it down. I had to finish it since it has taken me awhile to read it. When I got my last book that I read, I put this book on hold to read the other one. "Dark Visions" by L.J. Smith....The same author who wrote "Vampire Diaries Series" and "Night World Series". "Dark Visions" is a story of psychics who have different powers. One can see the future by drawing it, one can move things with his mind, one can talk to animals and control them and the other can suck life energy out of you like a vampire, but instead of blood, your energy is drained...he also can talk to you in your mind. It definitely was a different book and I didn't like some of the book at first, but towards the end I had a hard time putting the book down. I was so glad on how it ended and who the main girl hooked up with after she finally realized who she was in love with. I won't go into too much of the book. My next books are written by L.J. Smith too. I want to read all the books she's written since I enjoyed reading the Vampire Diaries back in June. She's an amazing author. I'm glad I finally got a sneak peek to the last book of the Night World Series "Strange Fate". I can't wait for that book to come out in April of next year. =) On to my next book a little later...right now though, it's time to edit some photos of my puppy that we just got. I'll post a blog entry of our new family member as soon as I get a chance. Hope everyone is having a GREAT Columbus Day. =) Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Book 39 Complete... =)

Okay...it's taking me awhile to finish books now since my work schedule got a little hectic. Also because of my biopsy last week. I'm still sore from it. =( I finished reading the "Van Alen Legacy" by Melissa De La Cruz last night. It was the book I was waiting for my Book List at the bottom. It came out in the stores on the 6th and I got it in the mail on the 7th. Yes, it took me only 2 days to read it...and I consider that a long time. I'm also currently reading another book which is much bigger. I had to put that book down to read the "Van Alen Legacy" though. =) The 4th book to the Blue Blood Series. I love this Series because it's so much different from all the other Vampire Books I've read. The author actually explains on how vampires came to be in her Series. My favorite characters are Schluyer and Jack. I won't go into too much depth on the series since I don't want to ruin it...but I'm so glad on how the author ended this book. =) I can't wait now to see how the next book will be like. It comes out Fall of 2010. =) Now back to reading my other book. My goal is to finish hopefully to my 45th book this month...if not then 43. Sorry this is going to be short, but the Gators are playing and of course I'm going to focus on the game. I love my GATORS!!! =) GO GATORS!!!

I would take you out to Red Lobster or if you were out here I would get you some Steamed Crabs since I know they are your FAVE and I would bake you a Chocolate Cake. =) Love you and Hope you have a GREAT one!!

IT CAME TODAY...I'm SO HAPPY!!!

Oh, yes...the day turned out perfectly. I may be in pain, but right now I don't care. "My BABY" came today. Hell YEAH!! Well, let's see, what could it be. =) I tried it out in June/July before I would purchase it and waited until October when I finally got my last Bonus check from the Navy and used some of it for my new "baby". It's my new Lense...my new bestfriend....my new love...and my FAVORITE Lense that I have ever played with. It maybe heavy...it may add about 5-7 more lbs to my already heavy camera...but I don't care. It's the lense I've waited for patiently. Believe me I have patience. =) The Nikkor 70-200mm AF-S VR 2.8G I'll post a pic of it once I can actually carry the thing. Right now I can't pick up anything over 5 lbs. =( I'm so excited...I just can't hide it. =) I'm being silly, I know..but after what happened to me this morning, I have a right to be. I also got my Halloween costume today in the mail. I'll post the link to what I got as soon as I can. Right now thought I'm taking it easy. I'm on 7 days light duty, can't pick up anything heavier than 5 lbs, no exercise and no prolong standing/walking. Hopefully, where my incisions are, I won't be too bruised. So that's my HAPPY news everyone. Now I'm waiting for my hubby to get me the Nikon D700. He surprised me the other day and said he wanted to get it for me. That way I will have the D300 for sports/highspeed action photography and D700 for Full Frame/Portraiture. I cannot wait!!! =) Life is GREAT right now, even though I'm in pain.

Tomorrow...(a day of being scared & a day of excitement)

Tomorrow is a scary day and an exciting day. Is that even possible in one day? With me, it is. In the morning I go in for my biopsy, something I have never been through. Of course it's procedure in my case to make sure what they found is benign, like the doctor told me, and not malignant. I'm scared of course..it's just natural of me since I hate these kind of procedures. The past month I have been through a lot and of course this was not something I was expecting. =( I'm keeping my hopes up, with what the doctor told me a week ago. My husband of course will be there with me every step of the way and I thank God everyday he's in my life. I love you, Phillip, always and forever! After my biopsy, I will come home and spend time with my family and go on until I get the results. I may just need surgery and that's it. I rather have what they found removed. I'll have to deal with the rest of my life, having to be checked by doctors to make sure. So on to other news...I rather not dwell on something that makes me upset. The exciting part of my day tomorrow is I'm getting something in the mail that I've wanted for awhile. I can't wait to see it, hold it, and test it out. I'm going to be the happiest whenever I receive the package and hopefully, I'll forget about what I went through in the morning time. I'll post a picture once I receive the package and announce what it is later on. I'm also going to announce the first book to my list at the bottom, that I'll be getting. Yes...one of my books I've been waiting for, will be in stores tomorrow. I can't wait to read it when I receive in the mail in the next few days. I didn't want to have to go to Barnes and Noble. I want the book at my doorstep. =) I can't wait to read it. My next book I'm waiting for will come out the end of this month. I can't wait! That's the updated news on me and how tomorrow will play out for me. I'll make sure to update on the results as soon as I get the them. I'm going to keep my head up tomorrow like I always do. Hope everyone is having a GREAT week. I'm back to work on Wednesday for 5 days and then again 96 hours off.

Book 38 is Done. =)

Well, I finished another book this morning. I chose to read "New Moon" again since the movie will be coming out November of next month and Yes, I'm counting down. =) I've been looking forward to this movie since they announced it last year that they would be working on the next book to the Twilight Series as a movie. After "Twilight" did so well at the Box Office, why wouldn't they continue on with the rest of the books. =) I went the opening night to see "Twilight" and actually kind of regretted it because I didn't get to enjoy the movie. All the screaming teenage girls and the theater was BEYOND packed. I had to see it again the following the night with my step-brother. I'm glad I got to enjoy it the 2nd time and I even got my step-brother hooked into the movie. He ended up buying the books to read them. He also went and saw the movie twice. Well, ahem...I went and saw the movie 4 times. LOL I even have my 4 year old daughter hooked to the movie. She's Team Jacob though and I'm Team Edward. Yes, my daughter is already boy crazy. I won't be going to the opening night to "New Moon" since my work schedule. Plus, I don't want to deal with the screaming again. It's bad enough last year before "Twilight", I took my princess to see "HSM3" and dealt with screaming girls then too and my daughter was one of them. LOL I won't be making the same mistake this year though. I'm going to be able to enjoy "New Moon" without screaming. Hubby even wants to go see the movie...even though, he won't read the books. He's not a reader like I am. Here I am...I have 12 more books to read until I reach my goal of 50. Next year, the number will be larger to read. I'll end up reading the books I read this past year though over again. I haven't read Twilight and New Moon since last year around this time...so it was time for a refresher. I won't read "Eclipse" until after I see "New Moon" a few times. Notice how I put a "Few times". =) "Eclipse" will be out June of next year and yes I'm counting down for that too. I can't wait. So I'm onto another book right now. Putting the rest of the Twilight Series on hold until further notice. I have already read the books, but I just want to refresh a bit before the movies come out. =) Hope everyone had an amazing weekend and had a GREAT week. I'm off until Wednesday morning and then I'm back to shift work for 5 days. 5 days on and 4 days off, its a SWEET deal. =) Image and video hosting by TinyPic
